Would like to join any lawsuit against this company I was happy with Providan until they sold my account to Emerge these people are very hard to deal with. If you are planning on sueing this company let me. I would gladly be a participant. I wish Providan never did this to me dont know how it happen just one day i got a call from emerge saying they bought my account. There must be a law that a company cant buy your account without asking you. My interest rate on this card is outrages. There is so many hidden fees that you have to pay just to pay the minimum payment online or call in your payment. Very dishonest company.
