This company offers assistance in securing a personal loan for $69.00 with a guarantee that if they can't help you in 60 days your money is refunded. They don't even give a telephone number to reach them, only an address.

After you send the required papers that they ask for, they keep asking for the same thing over and over again, until the 60 days are up. Then they say that you did not fullfill your obligations by sending what the needed. They also come up with other requirements after the get your money that they didnot tell you in the beginning. This is a big rip-off and you never get your money back!
