B & B Financial Services from Hampton, VA promises guaranteed personal loans or your processing fee refunded.

I sent in an overnight package directly to this company my $2000 personal loan application along with my $40 fee and have to this date not received a reponse from them.

I have sent numerous letters and faxes without one reply from them. Their phone number rings their fax line when trying to call and I have no email address for them.

They have been reported to the BBB of Greater Hampton Road, VA, and I received a postcard from them saying that they had contacted them with my complaint.

Do not do business with this company. They promise to do business by mail with their customers, but I have not heard one thing from them.
