Consumer rip-off fraud shocked at the conduct of this company

I am shocked at the conduct of this company and the continuance of occurences to the consumer. This company has forced hazardous insurance when I clearly had my own insurance. They have misposted payments and charged late fees which they still has not corrected.

They constantly report me 30 days late to the credit bureau each month. They reported me 30 days late for 11 which they reported this on 11/02.

Today is just 11/28/02 and they reported me 30 days late for november payment on the 2nd day of the month. I just got them to clear up the lates reported to the credit bureau from 07/02-09/02.

Now they're reporting 30 day lates for 10/02-11/02.

You call on the phone and the employees are very rude on the phone. I refuse to talk to anyone from that company. I send all payments and letters certified return receipt.

I would advise everyone to send their payments certified return receipt. This way they can not hold your payment for 10 days before posting. They would hold our payment and charge our account a daily per diem interest. Something has to be done about this company. I have filed a complaint with my state's atty general's office, and also the federal trade commission. I would advise everyone to file complaints on this company. We need to be heard and drive this company out of business.
