Deceptive marketing, tried to rip me off with a shoddy mortgage plan

Stay away from TBMS - these guys are really deceptive. They are simply preying on unfortunate homeowners that are desperate for help. I spoke with them a few times and they lied to my face about the terms of the plan, and then tried to make me sign something else.
