B I G Payday Loan preying on people in need

I got a 200.00 loan in March and have paid back to them 560.00 that was supposed to pay it in full according to the first phone call with them (mind you that they don't even speak English well at all) They have procedded to try to debit my account on a weekly basis causing it to spiral into overdraft—I froze this account so this would not continue.

Now they call my place of employment 2-3 times a day—with threat upon threat—leaving voicemails with spitting sounds and obseen sounds. They are now calling the office manager! Everytime I try to return their call the numbers that are left and that the id show do not work. Once I did get a broken english speaking person that said call back system down and hung up on me. I called right back and got a fax line.

Anybody have any advice? Do I have to continue to be put through this kind of abuse by a company? Can they legally call me at work threating me? Can they discuss my personal issues with the office manager legally?
