No tax refund neither any proof of filing

I'd submitted my fees for that year 2007 through these folks. The advisor: Iqbal Haqim advised me that I'd obtain a handful of hundreds back as my reimbursement. All of this occurred within the month of February. If all choose to go well I'd have back my income right now. I'd to visit back again to India in March. He explained he might send me the documents. But so far I've neither got the documents or the cash. I'm tired of calling him. He's previously obtained the tax-filing costs from me. What do I actually do?
