Ripoff

I received the same acceptance certificate for a platinum card with a credit line of $5,000. They are asking me to pay $45.00 for a standard processing and delivery. I am willing to pay because I want to have a credit card but I cant inquire about the offer because their is no Phone number given and even email address. They are only using PO box address. Would you email if if this company is ok.
