RRI Rawlins & Rivers - Rawlins & Rivera Collection Agency Fraudulent Representation, Not Licensed as RRI, did not pay me on Collected Money

For a period of 8 months this company called me representing themself as a law firm. They claim the do collections for bail bondsman, daily they called me soliciting my deliquent accounts. Finnaly I sent them $70,000.00 in accounts about 15 individuals. I gave all the correct info as to where they live work and what they own (all accurate and skip traced). They should of charged me 35% of what they collected per contract. They charged 50% to 65% they even kept $2,900.00 of my money because a debtor told them they won't deal with them because they are very disrespectfull and swear at them. RRR clamed to be a licensed collection agency in florida and Georgia, after this happened I called the state of Florida they told me they were not licensed and Rawlins and Rivera was fined and revoked a few years ago. I looked them up on the web and found they were fined a very large sum by the Federal Trade Commission. They called clients of mine that are very nice people just slow payers. On the initial calls they abused the clients and swore them up and down. They have this lawyer robert Bird that also claims not to be a part of the company but it seems he is the agent of record and he is theone that sent me the check. Since when does a lawyer send check for clients. The Law suite from the ftc shows he may be a part of this. Do not use these guys, I have heard from otheres that they also ripped them off. I plan on sueing, and fileing with the state attorney general.
