In June was solicited for Capital First Mastercard. For one time-fee of $59.95refundable in 7 days if not happy and an annual membership fee of $99.95 i would have a $2500. Credit limit. Numerous phone calls and false promises has led to no avail. They withdrew the $159.90 at one time. Now you ca't even call them, line is always busy. Do not get envolved.
