Threathening Phone Calls Sharing Private Information with Third Parties Illegal Collection Practices

My husband was contacted by a Dorothy Daniels and was told that he owed an amount for a payday loan that was defaulted form Cashnet USA. They actually called my in-laws and gave them all of our personal information and told them that my husband would be thrown in jail. They called me, he called them. He gave them permission for them to deal with me as he was unable to talk at the time. We were told that if we did not come up with the money by 4:00 the same day that he would be arrested. We had never heard from this company and had never received anything by mail by Legal Mediation OR CashnetUSA. I contacted Cashnet and was told that they had sold our account to another collection agency (NOT Legal Mediation). When I told this to Dorothy Daniels, she transferred me to a Mr. Lewis who represented himself as an attorney. He was very threatening. He told me to call friends and family and borrow the money. I offered to pay 10% and he hung up on me. I had an attorney friend call and they said "representatives" and not attorneys. He mentioned hearing about the threats they had made to us and the response from "Mr. Lewis" was that no one in that office would every say anything like that. Yeah right. We faxed a cease and desist letter and the calls stopped. I did request a written verification of the debt as well but have not received anything as of 2 weeks from the request. I also called the Florida Attorney Generals Office at 850-414-3990. They have been receiving numerous complaints from this company and took my information. I also reported them to the FTC. I did a reverse search on the phone number and came up with the following:
