I buy a telephone from run that was to become $108.99. After I obtained my documents from my charge card, I'd realized that $50 more was obtained from my bill without having my agreement. After I attempted to obtain the organization to return the additional costs, they stated they might not do that but might give a credit to my take into account the total amount. After I told them this was undesirable, then they move me to some supervisior whom stated they'd correct the problem which I ought to get a check within 48 hours. To my shock, I obtained another phone from run declaring these were likely to supply me a credit to my bill. Again I clarify this wasn't what I originally decided on which I'd nothing like a credit. Because it stands today, the cash hasn't been returned and that I am still arguing this case with Run. This indicates this organization hasn't process at hand issue such as this and it is an extremely annoying knowledge to consult with a number of different people whom state they are able to assist plus they apologies for that issue and yet they nevertheless appear to not have the ability to correct the problem. Watch out for Run! They'll consider cash from your own consideration without your agreement. I'll offer improvements when I have them.
