I am a US soldier, I was on duty in Jan. House hold cancelled my account because I was late 1 day past the deadline. I just found out today my account was closed today 22 Nov.

I have been paying on this account not knowing this account is close and even customer service has told me anything. I explained to them that I was on duty at the time and it took a while to get the money, they did not care. [What about the Soldier's & Sailor's Civil Relief Act.] I did call the Veterans Administration to complain about this.

Don't ever use these blood suckers, they lie and abuse you. And they care of you are on life support, if you are 1 day late paying a bill, account close higher interest rate, late fees and other billing charges. I will fight this to have my account settled.
