Wrongful Inducement of Abandonment in Illinois plus fraudulent info and privacy violations

I am looking for any one in the process of suing this company. They have lied and intimidated my daughter and son-in-law with illegal threats until they vacated their home and now they are continuing to harrass. They are refusing to maintain the property and it is still in my Son-in-laws name and therefore, they are recieving abatement citations but Vanderbilt/Clayton Homes has been in possession of the home since Jan. 30. Papers have been signed to transfer owner ship per Vanderbilt but now they say the kids refused to sign. If you have or have had a suit please let me know.
