They hit my checking account

I have tried to work with this company. The first time they called the person was very rude and unprofessional. They demanded payment or they would garnish my payroll check.

I started on a program that I felt was going to help me clear this debit only to be laid off from work.

I had given them permission to withdraw $50 from my checking account. I was under the impression it was to be a one time deal, only to have them hit it again the following month. I called and told them not to withdraw anymore, but the following month it happens again. I called asking why they were doing this. The guy laughed and said that the check had been returned. Well no *! The account has been idle for several months with a negative balance while I tried to get it back into the positive.

This company uses scare tactics to get people to pay. So I am getting a lawyer!
