Sold at Walgreens and many other mass merchandisers newly added Wal-Mart to the list. You are charged $5.95 for the privilege to buy their debit card, then there is a monthly service charge, there is a service charge to talk to customer service for anything, if your lucky enough to get past their damn voice mail circus. There is no service. To dispute a charge you cannot do it online like they want you to do everything else, you have to write them a letter. Before you get to use the funds you add to this rip off debit card system, they have nickel and dimed your balance to nothing. I have better luck with the VISA card sold at 7-11. Believe me go elsewhere with a debit card, even Wells Fargo Bank. That's what I get for trying something different.
I hope somebody does file a class action against this company because it is a pretty good scheme to rip one off.
