Harassment and credit damage!

I possessed an automobile formerly that was offered 5 years back. I recently started receiving harassing calls from Rickenbacker Selections over an alleged debt owing for that automobile having been towed and not acquired. They wound up promoting the automobile. The main reason they're calling me is the fact that used to donot understand I had a need to eliminate my license plates in the automobile after I offered it. Once the automobile was towed, they thought it had been my vehicle since the new operator should have never gotten fresh dishes of their own.

The corporation is bothering me for the money I don't owe which now's affecting my credit significantly. I've attempted repeatedly to obtain Rickenbacker Selections to deliver me paperwork to exhibit me-any information on this, but nothing has been obtained. No selection updates of any sort have now been delivered to me.

The corporation includes a background for motion similar to this which is intrusion of my solitude in order for them to do that without supplying any evidence of an assortment notice when required. I simply keep getting woken up early each morning with interest in cost and require this to prevent. Please recommend smb!
