Reduces the allowable payday loans as the Finacial Code currently allows for small loans. Known as SB 834.
It is Illegal for any to cocerced or Harassed by Illegal Threats!

The law specifically says they cannot be prosecuted for a debt.

They claim fraud, but they are committing fraud.
You may also call the F.B.I. If the threats continue and call the phone company to put a block on their number ASAP!
