Ripoff dishonest consumer fraud

I am completly shocked. My credit was not bad, I just wanted to consolidate and get rid of my credit cards. Sounded great 5 years debt free. Now??? I too have sent all my payments wat ahead of schedule and even sent extra. My bill never reflected any payments. My interest rates were higher then when I started. They were real friendly, "yes we understand" yes I have been there" "I was a customer myself" Then the crap started after the third payment still did not reflect on my bills. Well it takes some time, usually three months. Okay I have never done this before.

Well it has been 6 months now and only one payment has been reflected on my accounts. I like everyone else writing have now gone into the situation where I am hundreds of dollars lae payments, interest rates are higher then ever. And I have probably lost my $440 first payment as well as the last payment I sent, as they have not sent me "the letter" where my money supposedly went. So right there it is $880, plus another 5 months at 440. WOW I cannot believe I fell for such a stupid program. It seems like they are popping up all over and it makes you wonder how legit any of them are
