Fraudulent ripoff business payment always late

Company sending bills late or not at all.

Everytime you call the company you get someone you have never heard of before and they have never heard of who you talked to the last time you called. They all tell you different things.

It doesn't matter when you send your payment, they never receive it on time, and you are applied a late fee.

The merchandise I purchased was defective and they told me I had to keep it anyway, they do not accept returns.

I could go on and on!

I recommend a class action lawsuit involving all the parties they have screwed. Which as far as I can tell, there could be thousand of customers.
