Non-stop phone calls

Over the last 3 weeks Allied Interstate has been phoning me via my cell number. Reluctantly, I spoke with one of their rude representatives who accused me of having an outstanding debt with a company named "Quest Telecommunications".

He had my name and address correct but wrong last four digits of my SS#. He asked me to fax a copy of my DL# and SS card in order to clear up the account. I refused. He asked me if I was married. He stated that someone from their company had already talked to me hours before and stated that he found it odd that someone with my same name and address would have this account but that it was not me.
