Greg Flowers Tried to operate illegally under two broker houses

I had to submit this two times to this site, do to the fact that Greg Flowers is doing whatever he can to remove the negative postings about him. He tried to become part of this company and perform his duties in an illegal manner.

It is illegal to operate under two broker houses. It goes against Company Policy (which is stated in the Contract that he had signed, initialed, and had notarized). There is a LEGAL-BINDING contract in which Greg Flowers reviewed and executed. He went against the contract and only when the Company confronted him about the illegal manner in which he wanted to perform his duties, he asked for a refund. Why in God's name would ANYONE refund money to an individual after that individual was caught in the wrong? Its beyond my comprehension.

Above everything he tried to do, when had sent that demeaning letter to the Company requesting a refund, in that letter he said if we return his money he wouldn't report us to the CA, Department of Real Estate / Banking and Finance.!!! The nerve.

My thoughts are: If we truely did something wrong, why would he say that? Report the allegations and see where it lands him. Basically he wanted his money and is trying to strong arm us and make us believe he is in the right. People like this should not be in the Mortgage Industry, and should really not be in Sales of any kind. He is a Predator, and will destroy the Sturdy Foundation of ANY Company he goes to next.

If Greg Flowers wants to be in the industry, he needs to operate under his own accord.

To top everything else off, from what this individual did, Now apparently Greg Flowers has contacted Broker Outpost (a mortgage blog site) and had my comments removed from there as well. My entire Account has been removed and I am NO LONGER allowed to comment on individuals like GREG FLOWERS. My next Posting will be of Darin Ferraro of Broker OutPost.

Complaint says this in the disclosure...

"I acknowledge that once I post my report, it will not be removed, even at my request."

So I hope that everyone in the Mortgage Industry will see this report and RUN from Greg Flowers and First Net Mortgage.
