Stole over $25,000 from me

I had a vendor account with 2checkout.com for about three months. Everything was fine until one day they shut down my account for no reason. They claimed that one of the many domain names being used had been previously denied an account. This is after three full audits by them, including verifying and approving the domain in question to transact business.

Claiming a violation of terms of service, because the domain in question had been owned by a previous vendor, they proceeded to terminate the vendor account and keep over $25,000 of the money.

Apparently they feel that their terms of service allows them to just seize vendor funds legally earned and in compliance with the terms of service.

Now, if Paypal shuts down your account, six months later they will cut you a check for the account balance.

However, 2checkout refuses to pay me the account balance, citing this lame technicality as a TOS violation, and thinking they can just steal over $25,000 in hard-earned, legally-acquired income.
