Gibson Trust Inc ripoff fraud business

We signed up with this company in Nov. Of 2001 in an attempt to regain control of our financial situation, specifically our credit card debt. At first things were fine.

Shortly after, we starting receiving calls and letters from our creditors stating they had not received payment. When we attempted to call Gibson about this we either could not get through or had to leave a voice mail and wait around for the call back. We were repeatedly told they would check into it and let us know but they were not diligent about getting back with us.

We recv'd an email from them on Nov. 4th that stated the ACH program was no longer available and we needed to send them either a certified check or money order. I called and talked to Bryan C. Who informed us to pay or risk being dropped by our creditors from the program. Like a fool, we payed.

Now we are out our initial payment, due back at completion of the program and the payment we just sent via money order. We have just found out they have been overcharging the "monthly service fee" of $49.00 by about $20.00-$30.00 a month.

We have dealt with Carlos, Jose, Maritza (supposedly one of their quality assurance managers), and Bryan, just to mention a few. The rest came and went too quickly to keep up with.
