Advanta APR doubled 4 no reason Anyone for a class action suit?

Same thing that happened to most recent reporters. No late payments, paid more than minimum, and suddenly - our rate is 36 %. If consumers default on their agreement they must suffer the consequences; well, how can lenders default on consumers for NO REASON and suffer nothing? Anyone game for a class action suit?
At the very least we plan to report this to the Utah State Attorney General's Office. The Federal Government is long past due for stepping in to prevent carp like this from happening.
