Praying on hard working people with not so perfect credit

I submitted an application for a loan online for a loan so my husband and I could do some much needed repairs to our home and land. We were contacted via email by a Gail Rogers informing us were approved but had to come up with a "down payment" before we could get the loan. The down payment was required do to us having bad credit. We were able to come up with the money after having to borrow it from my parents who are on Social Security.
We were informed by email to send the money via Western Union to a lady in Canada by the name of Ayana Rodriguez. Once the money was received by them we would receive our money in 24 to 48 hours via direct deposit. After three days with no money and not being contacted by Royal Lending, we tried to contact Gail Rogers with no luck, after four to five days after sending the money to Canada we finally got in contact with her.
She told us our money was wired to the account the sameday they received there "down payment". Three weeks later we are still needing repairs done to our house and no money to do them with. These people need to be stopped immediatly before more people lose there hard earned money to someone who likes stealing from the low-income.
