Ripoff, dishonest, disappeared with money, bad business associate, scamme

I found George Amma III buy posting a note on a site which buyes notes. George called me up and we talked for about an hour and a half. I told him then that I was A note buyer to and I was looking for new serious Investers and Princable funding companies to add to my rolodex of investors.

He assured me that he was a millionair and have been investing in notes for 10 years. After several conversations he gave me an exellant quote on a note I had for a client of mine. The Quote was $14,000 higher than the closest competitor. So clients Excepted.

Every thing seemed great. Took a while to close the note but I worked all the way to closing my self as well as signing of closing Doc. S and fed exing them to title company and dealing with the main funding company closer.

Goerge turned around and passed me on to two other companies, whichhappens in the business at times but at that time I felt some uncomfortable feelings.

After closing I started to pursue my fee to George Ama III. I spoke to him on the phone and he assured me that he would get with his accountant and as long as his fee had been paid mine would shortly be on the way.

I have note been able to get a hold of him since. His business voice mail now has a girl saying leave a message. I have left many messages for him and even requested if the girl was no longer with george or I had the wrong # to please call and let me know. I'm not sure you can help me or not but I am not a rich person I bought and sold notes part time for a few years and I stoped for a period of 2 years while my fience and I were building a new house and living in our camp trailer. I told this to George and he new that This was my first note getting up and running again and it was all of my working capital. He only owes me $3400.00. To him it might not be alot but to me it is everything.

I have advertising bills I am not able to pay my Partner is PISSED at me and this puts my business and livly hood at a stand still.

I have done this business off and on for 6 years and don't feel as if I'm stupid. He sure had the gift of gab and the bus. Can you help.
