Collects money and never delivers

Oh yes, Bizbuilder. LoL

I got aquainted with this company (If we should call it that) about 2 years ago. I ordered a picnic backpack. It was like the others I researched but at a better price. I paid for it and went about my buisness. About 3 months later I began to ponder, "where is my backpack?" I called the infamous X203 for George. It's always a voice mail and I leave a message. Now George will always call me back about 3 p. M California time. I doubt that would be the case anymore. They have a girl working for them now. She likes to block your email when you begin to ask too many questions. I remember stating to George, they will most likely be delivering me my backpack to my funeral. Toss it in the whole you smuck. Anyways... George explains that the pack is coming from their warehouse in China. O. K no problem. "You say its shipped and just sitting in customs?" Hey No problem. I'll wait another month. Lol

Well the month passed and I spoke to George once again. No backpack. Refund my money he says. That's Great! My credit card I used to purchase was cancelled. I was mugged a few weeks earlier and due to security was issued a new card. "Oh no Mr. Shortbus", George says; "I can only issue you a gift certificate in the amount. We cannot return your money unless you have the original account to put the money into." Oh too funny...

So I have this 40 dollar certificate that sits there now for 2 years. I always check in on their site every so often thinking I can spend it. Seems they have every base covered. Costs me a fortune in shipping now and everything I try to order costs more then the certificate I have.

I'll give it to you George. One hell of a scam you have running here. Terms and conditions covers your ass and you have no intentions on delivering a product.

I hope to someday collect my money, but I'm not holding my breath.
