This is all too familiar. They missaplied my funds. They wouldn't accept five faxes and a letter from my bank that I paid. They tried to foreclose. Charged me thousands of $ in fees to keep my house of 15 years. I have been fighting them since oct. They refused to take payments for months. They sent a letter of apology stating that they would refund penalties and fees and fix my credit. It still reports 120 days late. I have sent the letter to the credit bureaus and they still refuse to correct it. They even sent the same letter to the state attorney general. A lawyer wants 2500.00 to write a letter to the credit bureaus. Nfw. I can write a better letter and if I had that money I would pay down my fees. 450.00 of which is "corporate fees" to drive by my townhome and make sure it is in shape. I am in an association.
