First Savings Credit Card
Took $172.00 for nothing and I cannot get the money back

When I applied I did not see anything on the letter telling you that you had to pay all this money to use their card, I was trying to build my credit up not knock it down. They charged $99.00 feel and some other charge and when I tried to cancel my card you cannot get ahold of anyone that can help you. So now I am out the money and they keep sending me bills for something I did not even use. I would like some help if possible. I am not a rich person and cannot afford $172.00 for nothing.
