Ripped me off for 199.95

Received a card in the mail to call. I finally got a hold of someone and was told this company would help my credit by sending out a Visa card. I would make purchases, pay it off and that would get reported to the credit.

I received the package and it had a catalog and a gray card in it with my name on it. I called ACS and was told they needed to listen to the recording and if the rep mislead me, I would be authorized for a refund. No one would let me speak to a manager, only to a pee on supervisor.

As I've read today it doesn't look like I will be getting my money back anytime soon. I am in the middle of finding a lawyer and reporting this everywhere I can.
