Fraud, like to destroy customers, not leagal company, this company will bring you out of business Chicago

A company they do not care about LAw and ther own terms. The only thing what they want is your money. And they don't care about your rights privacy.

I signed as company a contract with a credit card proccesing company they also provide the equipment. I never signed a lease the copyed my signiture to an lease agreemnet that i never had a chance to read before.

But any way, they never provided the right terminal (ip Terminal). First we cancelled the contract with the credit card processing company after waiting moth to get the money. But this was no problem. So we tried to cancell this contract aslo called not cancable contract under there terms. (anyway against the law when they fail to full fill the contract). There own terms show that when they not can provide a working equipment that that this contract is cancelable. We send our equipment back. But still they trie to charge and even worster they doing a bombardemount an phone calls even when you out of the contry on all phone number they can get that belong to your business or private also. They brought up my cell phone bill nearly to tenthousend USD. So i send them an invoice, nothing happend. I called them up and the only real answer that i got was; the next step is to destroy your personal and business credit. They starting right now with tons of inquirys to all major credit reporting agencys like experian, equifax, transunion. But even when your freeze your report with them they find a way arround. Last but not least, to get out of it we offerd them to pay the equipment of or to buy it and they have to send the maschine back that we can sell it otherwise. But the coment was: pay monthly for the rest of your life or go down, we have enough Money to get you there. They do not even react on letters from our lawyer.
