This company sent me a letter stating I owe MCI for $86.00. I have never ever been a customer of MCI ever! I called in regards to this letter, at the end of our conversation the woman said that I will be getting another bill for Comcast because I owe them $86.00 (same amount what a coincidence). I called Comcast they said I don't owe them a cent! I haven't had Comcast since 01 this is now 08! When the very rude and harassing man called me at work today regarding this matter, after I answered "hello?" he answered back with "you were supposed to send a check to CBCS a week ago WHERE IS IT!?" I thought it was a joke until he repeated the same line... I said who is this and where are you calling from? The conversation got more heated from this man and I asked for a phone number to call back, each time I asked he put me on hold.

Finally gave me a phone number but it was to a sex line. My co-worker and I heard it on speaker phone and were amazed at the unprofessionallism of this man calling from a collection agency. I am fully aware this is a bogus and very incompetent company. I am fully disgusted knowing they are willfully rude, harassing and nothing but a total scam. If they were they would act in a professional matter working for a dignified company. I don't know what else to do or who else to call. I am tired of them calling my house umpteen times a day! They need to get a real job and quit harassing us. I am going to change my phone number because of this company.
