Servicer Says Payments Were Never Received After Loan Transfer

We bought this house from Ocwen mortgage it was sold to fairbanks capital from day one they sent demand letters or for closure in the transfer you are allowed 60 days for all the paper work and we were told not to send any money until Fairbanks talked they never did it was I that called for 30 days straight they were rude and even hung up on me many times we have it very tough and had to recently file bankruptcy we wanted to reaffirm our loan they will not take our call we have since made all of our payments to them. And now they say they never received any of our money I think they cashed the money orders and plan to foreclose any way this is theft and the dept of justice needs to get involved. So there going to loose a bundle on this house.
