Paid to shop work. Was sent a large check for me to cash or deposit. I did some researching found out the check wasn't any good. There was not a known account at the bank the check was drawn on

This is a Scam, Have a large check mailed to me for $3,980.70. I did some checking and the bank has no account at the bank this check was drawn on. So I knew this was a rip off. Just letting others be aware of any scam out there.
