The Whole Company Constantly fineing me for pointless things (totalled over $5,000)

I worked for this company for over a year. I had just recently left because i couldn't deal with them anymore. This is a mortgage company who over promises and under delivers. The fee structure had a twist to it. They promise you to charge you a certain amount of money every single month. This is accurate and all true. Once you start closing deals for them, they being to fine you for the smallest and dumbest things. They will take $100,200, even $500 for nothing.instead of them letting you correct what was done incorreectly like any normal company would do, this one decides to dock you. This company has pretty much robbed me for over $5000 in one year. I dont recomend anyone work for this company because it is a serious ripoff and they will pretty much just steal your money slowely. Good luck trying to prove to them that they are wrong, it is like talking to a wall. This company makes you feel like you need them more than they need you. If your a loan officer or mortgage professional, do not work for Admiral Lending dba TheEquityNetwork.com!!!
