Low Pay Card
Took $120 out of my bank account. I never finished the activation process

I received my low pay card in the mail. I started to do the activation process online but never finished. Next thing I know I am missing $120 out of my bank account. It's really fustrating, as I am the type of person that goes paycheck to paycheck. I don't have $120 bucks to spend on something I never wanted.
