GMAC Mortgage may be the toughest organization we have ever handled. Since our mortgage was offered for them beginning April they've:

- charged people for House insurance for that month of March (yes, the mortgage was not under them however)

- charged people for continuing House insurance AFTER our HOA sent the evidence of insurance for them (is not this illegitimate?)

- billed people to get a late charge simply because they cashed our cost on January 2nd rather than the 1st (yes, the first was a vacation plus they were shut)

- were able to bungle up February and March funds since we created the error of spending the February 1st cost BEFORE February 1st and they also mistakenly used the funds to GOD KNOWS WHERE, identical with March

- are calling me for my May Cost they "did not obtain" simply because they AGAIN "incorrectly" used the check mentioned MAY they cashed on March 24th to LORD KNOWS WHERE, and Customer Support had the gall to become upset since I had been "speaking right down to them"

- Oh, and before we got Feb and March straightened out by ultimately talking with Customer Support which was not situated in a 3rd world nation, these were delivering people foreclosure characters.

We Have saved all our paperwork so if anybody wishes me to participate forces together and provide some type of class-action fit, send mean email.
