Miami Tribe Of Oklahoma, Miami Nation Enterprises, Ameriloan Harrassing phone calls, blackmail "Will call you until you have the borower, a relative call us."

Ameriloan has been repeatedly calling my number in Vermont to contact a relative of mine. (The relative is alleged by Ameriloan to have taken a loan from them. The relative says that is not correct.)

I repeatedly tell Amriloan that I am not the borrower or alleged borrower and that they should stop calling my number. I have repeatedly been told by Ameriloan that it will continue to call my umber until I get my relative to contact them.

My relative did contact them sever times giving information that the loan was a result of identity theft. The phone calls to me continued.

Harassing phone calls are illegal for whatever purpose. Amerilaon apparently believes that since they are not a debt collection agency but a primary lender that the fair lending practices law regarding collection calls do not apply to it (They are correct on this particular point, courtesy of our bribed congress) However, whatever the Fair Lending Practices Act states, it is still illegal to make harassing phone calls.

Outrageous, I called by local phone company to complain. Oh no, they said "a primary lender can make those calls."

I called the Vermont State Police they said that they would take and investige the complaint. Here is the skeleton of the letter that I faxed the Vermont State Police. Others may want to use it as an aid to make their own complaints to their local State Police. (Don't use my facts, use your own, but as far as I know the company contact information is correct.)

I am the account holder of the above telephone number through (telephone company name). I have been receiving at least one phone call per day from a company that identifies itself as AML or Ameriloan asking for my son xxxxxx xxxxxxx to call them. I have repeatedly told them that this is not his telephone account and that I do not want them to call me anymore. I have been told by them on repeated instances that the phone calls will continue until I get my son to call them. This is blackmail and harassment. The phone number they give to call back is (800) 503-8028. The fax number that they gave me for themselves is (800) 327-1350.
