Do not make the mistake of inquiring about being a reseller, this guy will call you and call you and call you. I started to fear for my safty so I sent him a few referrals for construction loans and told him to keep the commissions because I didn't even care and that I was getting out of the industry. After that he laid off but now I just found out that one of the clients that I referred to him ended up not building the house and thus didn't need the loan, this guy is leaving spooky messages and stuff on their phone and harrassing the stuff out of them. It's pretty crazy.
