Complicated my credit

I have no idea who or this company is or does... I don't recall anything about them. Nor do I have indication of when I compiled over 8,000.00 worth of debt with them... I would like for them, to at least, convey to me, when this debt occurred and what was I purchasing for that amount. I have been married and divorced 3 times since 1995. If the initial debt transpired in that time frame, "Houston we have a problem".

I would like to correct this as soon as possible, so I can get along with my life.
