AKA Chase Bank Screwing over customers since

Chase bank is trying to dramatically raise the payment on my home. Granted I was starting to get behind a bit, but i was gradually getting caught up. When I was about to be caught up, Chase refused to take any more payments so I would stay behind.

When I called to try to arrange ANY sort of payment plan, i was met with a "not our fault you can't make your payments on time" attitude, even though I explained that my wife had lost her job, and we were just starting to get ahead again.

Mr. Jackson (the associate I spoke to,) harrased me for several minutes until I demanded to speak to his supervisor. (I was asked if the money I was able to pay my payments with came from an "Illegal" source.) I left a message with the supervisor, hoping for a return call.

Long story short, I am now in the middle of filing for Bankruptcy just so I can keep my house, because Chase refuses to allow me to make my payments.
