Harrassing phone calls

I have mailed copies of all payments to both Washington Mutual and Wells Fargo so many times I have spent close to $500 in postage to send them registered overnight. They look at them and make excuses as to why we still owe. The last letter Washington Mutual sent stated we were behind because of Attorney fees, miscellaneous acquisation fees, inspection fees and late fees. These are bogus fees because we never went to court, noone came to inspect, we were never told what the micsellaneous fees were and each time we paid a lump sum the late fees were included plus I included the late fees when the payment was late.

This is a rip off because people can buy $50 to $60,000 cars and pay them off in five years at the same interest rate but it takes 30 years to pay off a $79,000 home. Most people buy at leat three cars in thirty years. What kind of sense does that make? I have tried every thing, I even have six note books of records pretaining to this home (our first home). The phone calls are 24/7 from 7:30 am until 10:30 pm.
