I received a yellow final offer postcard-called and guaranteed a Visa that I could use "all over the world", could be used "worldwide". Everytime I tried to ask a question, the lady continued saying she had to get additional information from me. I decided to go ahead and finish-ASSUMING i could ask my questions at the end and cancel if i wasn't comfortable.

The lady gave me a customer service phone number and continued to refer to it. I hung up and called back, the SAME lady answered using a DIFFERENT name-and didn't even answer with a company greeting;just "hello"-as if she was answering her phone at home. I demanded a supervisor-one got on, but sounded too much like the rep i just spoke to TWICE. When I called to cancel the customer service person actually explained more of what this program is all about-2 cards-one is for merchandise, that you use for 3months-AFTER which you THEN receive a REAL VISA CARD!
