Ripoff Fraudulent business ripoff

I received a letter stating if I send $49.00 I would receive a platinum card with a credit line of $5,000. The letter does not say what kind of card, nor does the letter have a phone number or web address. It is addressed to me with my address and po box number. I am thinking this is a fraudulent company trying to scam me. I would like info on this matter.
