Daughter’s medical bill!

On Jan. 17 my child visited a health care provider utilizing an obsolete medical card. Our child was 19 years old and never coping with me at that time. I received a phone from I.C. Methods concerning the statement and told them she wasn't my obligation per Their State of Legislature Area 26-1-1 signal of Alabama 1975. Within the state-of Al, she's regarded a grownup at age 19.
The bill was for $248 and that I have gotten my child to accept spend the statement. The thing is I.C. Methods put the statement on my credit history.
