Rude and mean collectors and they don't care of I can't hear them! They told me unless I pay them, and they wouldn't even let me ask any questions! When I couldn't hear them, they got really smart with me

I had received a letter from Central Credit Services, Inc., stating that I owe them 847.26. Their letter is very unclear. It states, the Client is LVNV FUNDING LLC and the Orig. Creditor: CREDIT ONE BANK, N.A. I have never dealt with Credit One Bank with any type of credit for my credit is poor. I do not know any LVNV FUNDING LLC! There are no dates regarding the amount that they said I owe except that this letter is dated March 27.

They are very rude and I was constantly interrupted. They even hung up on me for they got frustrated with the fact that I had asked them to repeat what they were saying... I told them that I have a very hard time hearing on the phone for I'm hard of hearing, almost deaf.

They have another address on the letterhead as well, but it doesn't say what company. It is PO Box 18069, Hauppauge, NY 11788-8869.
