Privacy Notice sent with multiple names on it

Received an unmarked envelope 3/21/08. It is a Privacy Notice (wish I could print it and send it with this to all of you out there). It states "This privacy notice is being given on behalf of each of the folowing related companies (the "Sherman Companies")." It goes on to state several business names which I'm going to list: Sherman Acquisition, Limited Partnership; Resurgent Capital Services, Limited Partnership; Sherman Acquisition II, Limited Partnership; Sherman Acquisition, LLC; Credit One Bank, NA; Sherman Acquisition, TA, LP; Ashley Funding Services LLC; PYOD LLC; Ascent Card Services, LLC; LVNV Funding, LLC; Ascent Card Services II, LLC; Anson Street, LLC; SFG REO, LLC. The address on back o the sheet is: Department #5996, PO Box 1259, Oaks, PA 19456. No phone number, no explanation of what this concerns, nothing. Sounds like with all of these names, they are trying to hide something. This in itself is not a proper way of doing business sending an unmarked envelope and pretty much trying to threaten me. Maybe if the post office quit giving them a bulk rate, maybe that would help all of us. Good luck all
