ValueLeads.com does not deliver and stole our money Online Based California

I contracted with Valueleads.com to buy debt leads for my business. As soon as my campaign was to start they called to inform me they had a small problem and would only be able to give me two leads a day. After 7 leads they stopped. They said they would resume in a week, they had to contract with a new call center.

I asked for a refund and they said in would take a week to process. After a week I called with no response. For the next two weeks I emailed and called everyday. Now the voice mail boxes are full and they wont return any calls or emails. My next choice is small claims court.
