RIPOFF ripoff business from hell

This company claimed for $199.00 i would recieve a $2000.00 MasterCard woth no annuall fee and 0% interst for life. The $199.00 is covering the annual fee and interest rate. I have not seen the card after 5 weeks, they have taken the money and all I get is a busy tone when I call the number from the bank withdrawal.
This is fraud!!! And I hope no one else get screwed from these people. Be careful, if it sounds too good it is a fake!!!
